BUSINESS HOURS 

The Website is open 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.  Products ship Monday – Friday excluding Holidays. Our offices are closed from Dec 22 thru January 5 for Christmas Holidays, New Year and the SHOT Tradeshow

PRICING 

The prices listed are in U.S. dollars. 

PAYMENT METHODS 

Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Company Check for our customers. Orders are processed through the secure Paypal

OPEN ACCOUNT 

To keep our costs down we do not offer open accounts. 

FLORIDA CUSTOMERS

We are required by law to collect 7% Florida State sales tax. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship orders Monday though Friday.  Generally our order processing time is 72 hours. 

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via Fed-Ex Home Delivery, Fed-Ex Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Rates between these companies is about the same but often times we’ll use the post office to get you order to you faster. 

Refused shipments are deemed abandoned and seized by the carrier and are non-refundable.    

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are determined by actual or dimensional weight 

BACKORDERS 

In the event an item is backordered you will be notified via email with a solution.  Generally backorders at Premier Airguns exist only for short periods of time. 

REFUNDS

Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide that the part does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us, postage paid, within 30 days of the purchase date and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, whichever you prefer. Return items in new, SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging, accessories, and manuals/literature included to receive full merchandise credit or refund. Items that are not in saleable condition are subject to a 20 restock fee.
